Norgren is Native American and says he was required to attend coaching on “How to be Anti-Racist” and “Understanding Gender Identity and Expression.” He says the primary coaching taught him that America is the “source” of “racist ideas,” and requested a spiritual exemption for the second coaching however was denied.
