Seth Meyers on Monday said the parallels between how the GOP is treating former President Donald Trump now, compared to before the 2016 election, are “pretty alarming.”
The host of NBC’s “Late Night” recalled how prominent Republican figures scorned Trump and publicly doubted his chances of winning the presidential election, until he did.
They are doing much the same now, the comedian suggested.
